He looks after Business Development and Project Financing at Raylios. Ex-Banker with 10+ years of experience in debt funding & equities market. In his last stint at IDFC Bank, he managed ~USD 1.75 Billion in Debt Investments across Greenfield, Brownfield & Stressed Assets in Infrastructure and Renewable Energy Space in India. He has completed his MBA (Finance) from SP Jain Center of Management and BBA (Finance) from Swinburne University of Technology, Australia.
Anupam Mathur, Chief Operating Officer
He is in-charge of overall Project Execution at Raylios. An Industry veteran with over 20+ years of experience. He has commissioned over 1100 MW in Solar and 3500 MW in wind projects across Indian and South American markets. Anupam has had stints with leading consulting and renewable energy companies like McKinsey, Mytrah Energy, Inox Wind, NSL, Suzlon, KEC International, L&T and was COO at Adani Power in his last stint. He is an alumnus of PEC College, Chandigarh and IIM, Bangalore.
Jai Verma, Head System Design
He looks after System Design and Engineering at Raylios. An Industry veteran with over 15+ years in solar & wind energy sector. Part of team that advised government on solar policy in 2008 and helped commission country’s first batch of solar plants under JNNSM scheme. His plants have won awards for best rated plants across the country. He has commissioned over 150 MW solar assets and over 100 MW across wind assets in the Indian markets. Has worked with leading conglomerates like Reliance Industries Limited, AES, Enercon.
Nishant Patel, Execution and Supply Chain Management
He looks after Project Management and Procurement functions at Raylios. He has overseen development of over 150 MW of solar assets across International markets like Singapore, Hong Kong, China and India. He has completed his MSc (Automation) from NTU Singapore and has a B Tech (Electrical) from VIT University, Vellore.
Divaspati Singh, Legal Counsel
He looks after legal contract management at Raylios. Divaspati is a qualified lawyer with over 12+ years of experience in various domains of law. His core expertise lies in structuring, setting-up of domestic and overseas private equity funds, hedge funds, venture capital funds, real estate funds and mezzanine funds. Divaspati has been quoted in leading financial dailies such as Economic Times, Mint, Business Standard on his views pertaining to foreign investments and the Indian regulatory landscape. He is currently a Partner at multi-diciplinary law firm Khaitan & Company and has had stints at other Tier 1 Law firms such as AZB & Partners and Nishith Desai Associates. He is alumnus of Symbiosis International University 2007 Batch.
